Joe Goldberg and Love Quinn-Goldberg are at a new phase of their lives, a newborn kid, a new home, and a community of untapped possibilities, what could go wrong? We are introduced to Madre Linda, a Northern California suburb where the couples try their best to fit in, but how do you fit in when you have literal skeletons in your closet?

This season rarely wasted time in diving into what is the insanity of the Quinn-Golbergs, and we do get a lot of insanity from both of them all through the season. One of the themes of this season is being in a perfect married life, and throughout the season we see from different perspectives what a perfect married life looks like. A part that stands out this season is how we see more of Joe's childhood, and how that shaped him into the man who seeks the ONE.

Penn Badgley and Victoria Pedretti are so perfect for their role and this season cements that fact, every scene with the both of them was captivating, even the ones where they were burying bodies together. One mistake I feel this season made is the absence of Jenna Ortega's Ellie character, she was such an important character the last season, and the way they shoved her away like nothing is crazy. This season is the best one so far and it leaves space for a lot of possible stories in the future. If you haven't watched this, you should.
